Doug Seiber serves as Chief Executive Officer for PreciseCare. As Chief Executive Officer, Doug is responsible for the constantly evolving vision of the company as well as day-to-day operations and leadership. A graduate of Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Doug brings nearly 30 years of experience in business development, product management, strategy and operations across a variety of healthcare technology companies including WebMD, A4/Allscripts, AllMeds and BCBS South Carolina. Doug is leading the charge to take PreciseCare and Physicians to the next stage of Healthcare by improving patient health outcomes and satisfaction with their healthcare service experiences.
Previously as Vice President of Practice Services at AllMeds, Doug helped build the company to a leading provider of EHR and PM software solutions for the ambulatory provider market leading to its’ acquisition by a private equity firm in 2019. Doug has also held several key roles in sales, marketing, product management and operations for various other companies in Healthcare IT.
Doug is passionate about Healthcare and finding solutions to improve both physician and patient experiences. Away from work, Doug enjoys spending time with his wife Kristy and their four children enjoying travel, and the beauty of their hometown area, the Great Smoky Mountains.
Guy Livneh is a software veteran, entrepreneur and investor, with over 25 years of experience in the software field. including founding Silicon Valley start-ups. After his service in the Israeli Defense Forces software corp., Guy founded and products db@net, a leading Israeli/USA expert software consulting company, and co-founded Sentrigo a security software company (acquired by McAfee).
Nowadays, As a managing partner in PreciseQ, an IT healthcare software company, Guy lead the product and software delivery across the company’s groups in all markets around the globe.
As a leukemia and bone-marrow stem cell transplant survivor, Guy has decided to be committed to developing technologies that can improve outcomes to patients and improve their recovery life chances as well as lifestyle.
Guy resides in Palo Alto, CA. spend as much time as possible with his family and dogs. An avid keyboard player, Guy plays concerts in California and around the country.
Mark Dorner started his technology journey co-founding a startup that was a pioneer online portal in Israel, later acquired by Microsoft. He served in an elite computing division in the Israeli Defense Force and has over 30 years’ experience enabling businesses with technology and digital transformation.
Mark has served in key management roles at various U.S. venture-backed start-up companies. While working with the founding team at RelayHealth, now a division of McKesson (NYSE:MCK), he and his team created the platform for their physician revenue services that now processes over $12 billion in financial and clinical transactions annually.
Mark is currently a Founder and Managing Partner at PreciseQ, a successful consulting company that provides enterprise technology solutions to Fortune 500 and emerging companies worldwide.
Mark resides in Los Angeles with his 2 kids, cat and Sun Conure (bird). He is a national board member of the American Technion Society and a disciple of the Hung Ga style of Kung Fu.
